Substance Use Counseling
Changed Lives Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Trauma Counseling LLC offer Individual sessions as well as Group sessions and Intensive Outpatient Services. The goal of our team is to help a client understand how to manage high-risk situations and cope with everyday life stressors without turning to substances. Our team will help you explore your issues head-on so that you can reclaim your life. (We also offer housing while in treatment if necessary)
DUI School
If you’ve been charged with a DUI, the court mandates that you take classes or participate in treatment to reinstate your driving privileges. We offer dynamic classes/groups in a combined english and spanish setting. Our goal is to provied a positive learning experience that will help you find a path in life that avoids drinking while driving. By signing up for both ignition interlock and DUI classes together we are able to provide discounted rates.
Domestic Violence Classes
Domestic violence If you have found yourself in a domestic violence situation or as a past assailant we can help. We serve the victims of domestic violence by treating the person acting out in violence. By addressing the power and control behavior we help the partner acting out to identify what they are doing, as well as providing tools to communicate in a healthy manner and respect the rights of their partner.
Sober Living
We offer a clean and safe environment to those who are attempting to get their life back on track. Changed Lives Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling LLC offers specialized classes to those who have struggled with substances, so they can get back on their feet and move forward. We understand that people need to work on multiple areas of their life simultaneously such as careers, education, meetings, sponsorship, etc.. and we support our clients in these areas.
Change Lives Foundation Inc.
Changed Lives Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling LLC foundation is dedicated to providing support to communities that have been affected by substance use and to those who are coming out of treatment. The Changed Lives Foundation administrative needs are supported by the Changed Lives Mental Health and Substance Use Counseling LLC and the Changed Lives Recovery Community so that the donations you provide go to the people that need the help the most. Your donations will help people with living expenses, clothing, tools, housing, child care, and many other necessities.
On the community level donations will be used to support community projects to educate, develop housing, clean up and renew hard-hit areas, and support and advocate for fair laws and treatment.
Parenting Class
Accepted by DCBS/CPA a certified education class that focuses on enhancing parenting practices and behaviors, such as developing and practicing positive discipline techniques, learning age-appropriate child development skills and milestones, promoting positive play and interaction between parents and children, and locating and accessing community services and supports (Nurturing Parent Programs KBSW 2019056)
MRT Class
Approved by Department of Corrrections (CCI) Moral Reconation Therapy-MRT® is an effective systematic, cognitive-behavioral approach that treats a wide range of issues including substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, parenting, job skills, and other issues. The programs are implemented in groups utilizing workbooks directly targeting specific issues. CCI is the sole source of MRT workbooks and MRT training. We provide consultation to numerous treatment agencies.
